BONUS Pensionskassen Aktiengesellschaft has acquired all shares in fair-finance Vorsorgekasse from the Sinnova Group. With its entry in the commercial register on September 24, 2025, the merger is now complete. The fair-finance Pension Fund is thus fully integrated into the BONUS Group and will operate exclusively under the name BONUS Vorsorgekasse AG going forward. All existing agreements and contracts with fair-finance Vorsorgekasse remain valid, of course, and the trusted service team is here for you as usual. Please note that, for the time being, the existing IT system of the former fair-finance will continue to be used. The portal will also remain available to you in its current form.
