We place a high priority on diversity! We foster a work environment where everyone feels welcome and valued—regardless of gender, age, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation. Equal pay and career opportunities for all are a given for us. Our diverse team, made up of people from various countries, benefits from flexible work arrangements such as part-time, full-time, and remote work. Accessibility is important to us, and we work closely with disability and diversity organizations. The topic of diversity is overseen by our CSR officer and the Executive Board. Our strategy is based on the analysis of structural corporate data, which is published in our sustainability report, released every three years.
Responsibility
We are committed to sustainable corporate retirement plans for current and future generations. Sustainable, reliable, transparent.
