About Us

BONUS Vorsorgekasse administers the new severance pay system. Companies pay 1.53% of employees’ gross pay to the regional health insurance funds. These funds then forward the contributions to BONUS Vorsorgekasse for administration and investment. BONUS Vorsorgekasse AG, headquartered in Vienna, is a subsidiary of BONUS Pensionskassen Aktiengesellschaft and part of the BONUS Group, which specializes in retirement planning. BONUS Vorsorgekasse invests the contributions entrusted to it by the approximately 1.46 million beneficiaries (employees, business owners, and self-employed professionals) in accordance with the “Abfertigung NEU” regulations, applying environmental, ethical, and social standards.
