Disclosure Requirements

Upon the entry into force of the amendment to the BMSVG through Federal Law BGBl. I No. 119/2024 on October 1,2024, occupational pension funds must, as of that date, comply with sustainability-related disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 22a(1) of the BMSVG, as if they were financial market participants under Article 2(1) of the Disclosure Regulation (EU 2019/2088).

Therefore, the disclosure requirements of the Disclosure Regulation (EU 2019/2088) as well as the Taxonomy Regulation (EU 2020/852) apply to the investment funds (“VGen”) managed by BONUS as financial products pursuant to Section 28 of the BMSVG effective October 1, 2024.

BONUS promotes environmental or social characteristics in all investment funds in accordance with Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation.

The investments for the individual investment funds exhibit environmental and social characteristics (in accordance with Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation) but do not have sustainable investment objectives (in accordance with Article 9 of the Disclosure Regulation). Nevertheless, investments may be made in investment products that themselves pursue a sustainable investment objective.

A specific disclosure of the proportion of taxonomy-compliant investments can only be provided to a limited extent due to the limited or non-meaningful data available. This is because data from companies regarding their taxonomy-compliant economic activities is currently available only to a limited extent. We expect the data situation to improve steadily in the coming years.

Disclosure pursuant to Articles 3, 4, and 5 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (Sustainability Disclosure Regulation) of the European Parliament and of the Council on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector
